- Raising of the saw arc is steplessly adjustable
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and cutting feed
- Driven tooth gap cleaning brush – runs synchronously with the band saw speed
- Cooling system with two inlets before and after the cutting channel
Band saw operates semi-automatically:
- Hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic lowering of the saw arc, automatic raising of the arc to the upper position after the cut is finished
- Hydraulic vise opening
- Cycle repetition
