Features of the band saw:
- Special saw design intended for structural cutting
- The saw blade is tilted at 6°, which is ideal for cutting profiles and structures
- Motorized angle adjustment with preset on the display
- Precise saw blade guides with hard metal HM guides and wear-resistant guide wheels
- The saw frame moves hydraulically along precise preloaded linear guides
- Steplessly adjustable saw blade speed with frequency converter 20-120 m/min with display
- Hydraulic lowering and lifting of the saw frame and hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and feed
- Hydraulic tension display of the blade on the manometer
- Driven tooth-gap cleaning brush – runs synchronously with saw blade speed
- Hydraulic transverse shifting of the movable vice
- Adjustable arm with blade guide, set to the size of the workpiece
- Cooling system with two inlets before and after the cutting channel
Band saw operation is semi-automatic, which means:
- Hydraulic workpiece clamping
- Automatic lowering of the saw frame, automatically rises to the upper position after the cut
- The vice opens hydraulically
- Cycle repeat
- Angle adjustment is motorized with a display setting
