Band saw features:

- Hydraulic lowering and raising of the saw bow and hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Manual, stepless angle adjustment with reading on a large scale
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and feed
- Display of hydraulic tension of the band on a manometer
- Driven tooth gap cleaning brush – runs synchronously with saw band speed
- Hydraulic transverse shifting of the movable vise
- Adjustable arm with blade guide, set according to workpiece size
- Cooling system with two inlets before and after the cutting channel
The operation of the band saw is semi-automatic, meaning:
- Workpiece is clamped hydraulically
- Automatic lowering of the saw bow, automatically raises to the upper position after the cut is completed
- Hydraulic opening of the vise
- Cycle repeat
