- Driven intertooth cleaning brush – runs synchronously with blade speed
- Hydraulic transverse shifting of the movable vise (only on DGH models)
- Adjustable arm with blade guide, set to the workpiece size
- Cooling system with two nozzles in front of and behind the cutting channel
- Integrated rollers for easier workpiece movement
The operation of the band saw is semi-automatic, which means:
- Hydraulic workpiece clamping
- Automatic lowering of the saw bow; after the cut is completed, it automatically raises to the upper position
- Vise hydraulically opens
- Cycle repeat
