Characteristics of the band saw:

- The saw bow moves hydraulically on precise linearly pre-tensioned guides
- Stepless adjustable saw blade speed with frequency converter 20-120 m/min with display
- Hydraulic lowering and lifting of the saw bow and hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and feed
- Display of hydraulic tension of the blade on a manometer
- Driven cleaning brush for tooth gaps – runs synchronously with the saw blade speed
- Hydraulic lateral shifting of the movable vise
- Adjustable arm with saw blade guide, set to the size of the workpiece
- Cooling system with two inlets before and after the cutting channel
Operation of the band saw is semi-automatic, which means:
- Hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic lowering of the saw bow, after completing the cut it automatically rises to the upper position
- The vise opens hydraulically
- Cycle repetition
- Angle setting is motorized with a display setting
