  • The cutting parameter library allows for easy machine operation.
  • Arc feeding is performed by a ball screw and a brushless motor which is NC controlled.
  • Material feeder also uses a ball screw with a brushless motor (NC Controlled), allowing feeding with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
  • Robust guide of the saw blade to reduce the risk of blade ejection.
  • Fully hydraulic clamps for movement along the entire length.
  • Position measurement with an encoder for more precise positioning.
  • Brush for chip removal from the band.
  • High-pressure pump for emulsion to provide adequate coolant in the cutting area.
  • Automatic tensioning of the band blade for consistently correct band tension.
