Features of the band saw:
- Precise saw blade guides with hardmetal HM guides and wear-resistant guide wheels
- The saw arch moves hydraulically on pre-tensioned airless linear guides
- Stepless adjustable saw blade speed with frequency converter 20-120 m/min with display
- Integrated feed system with a single feed stroke of 600 mm, repeatable up to a length of 9999 mm
- The vise clamps the workpiece before and after the saw blade, ensuring firm clamping and short material residue
- CNC control is installed on a movable control console
- Visual dialog control system with large display and foil keyboard
- Hydraulic lowering and raising of the saw arch and hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and feeding with an advanced ADFR system – enables optimal parameters and long life of the belt. The ADFR system ensures real-time parameter monitoring and adjustment (feeding is continuously regulated based on belt load and cut channel length, which is constantly changing).
