Features of the band saw:
- Precision band saw guides with hard metal HM guides and wear-resistant guide wheels
- The saw arch moves hydraulically on pre-tensioned airless linear guides
- Integrated feed system with a single feed stroke of 600 mm, repeatable multiple times up to a length of 9999 mm
- The vise clamps the workpiece in front of and behind the saw blade, ensuring a firm grip and short material scrap
- Steplessly adjustable blade speed with frequency converter 20-120 m/min with display
- Visual dialog control system with large display and foil keyboard
- CNC control is located on a console that can be repositioned
- Hydraulic lowering and raising of the saw arch
- Hydraulic clamping of the workpiece
- Automatic control of cutting pressure and feed with an advanced ADFR system - enables optimal parameters and long blade lifespan
- The ADFR system ensures real-time monitoring and correction of parameters (feed is continuously regulated based on blade load and the constantly changing length of the cutting channel)
