Klaeger saws are designed for speed, precision, and long service life
Features of the band saw:
- Bow guidance on two columns for the best cut quality and tolerance
- The cutting parameter library allows for easy use of the machine
- Bow feed is performed by a ball screw and a brushless motor that is NC controlled
- Material feed is similarly performed by a ball screw with a brushless motor (NC Controlled), allowing for feeding with a precision of 0.01 mm
- Robust saw blade guidance to reduce the risk of blade ejection
- Fully hydraulic clamps, for movement along the entire length
- The clamps operate independently of each other, allowing material repositioning
- Brush for removing chips from the band
- Automatic tensioning of the band blade for consistently correct band tension
- Chip feeder ejects chips at a height of 1m
