Pharos series band saws are designed for those seeking high productivity even when cutting very hard materials.
Klaeger saws are designed for speed, precision, and long lifespan.
Band saw features:
- Guide beam movement with two columns for the best quality and cutting tolerance
- Library of cutting parameters allows for easy machine use
- Beam feeding is performed by a ball screw and brushless motor which is NC controlled
- Material feeder also uses a ball screw with a brushless motor (NC Controlled), allowing feeding precision of 0.01 mm
- Robust saw blade guidance to reduce the risk of blade ejection
- Fully hydraulic clamps, for movement along the entire length
- Clamps operate independently of each other, allowing for re-clamping the material
- Brush for removing chips from the band
- Automatic band tensioning to maintain a consistently correctly tensioned band
- Chip feeder disposes of chips at a height of 1m
