  • Arc guidance on two columns for the best cut quality and tolerance.
  • The cutting parameter library allows for easy machine use.
  • Arc feed is performed by a ball screw and a brushless motor which is NC controlled.
  • Material feeder is also performed by a ball screw with a brushless motor (NC Controlled) allowing for feeding accuracy of 0.01 mm.
  • Robust saw blade guidance to reduce the risk of blade ejection.
  • Fully hydraulic clamps, for movement over the entire length.
  • The clamps operate independently of each other, allowing for material re-gripping.
  • Brush for removing chips from the blade.
  • Automatic tensioning of the band blade for continuously correct tension of the band.
  • Chip feeder disposes of chips at a height of 1m.
