SKALAR® M42 - High-quality product for large cross-sections

Sawing tools often reach their limits, especially when cutting large cross-sections. This results in very long cutting times, premature cutting advancement, and premature end of tool life. Frequent tape changes cause high tool costs and production delays.

The bimetal band saw blade SKALAR® M42, due to its intelligent cutting division, cuts with significantly lower cutting forces, which allows a significant increase in productivity.

 

Intended Use

  • Large blocks in industrial production
  • Especially for mixing programs with a large mix of materials
  • Also for special non-ferrous alloys that are difficult to machine.
  • Can be used for all metals up to tensile strength of 1000 N/mm2
