PROFLEX® M42 - A perfect band saw blade for profiles

With the bimetal band saw blade PROFLEX® M42, WIKUS sharpens its profile even further in the processing of beams and profiles. PROFLEX® M42 achieves maximum stability due to a special profile tooth and an extended bond between the cutting material and the support band. The tooth with a special profile has a positive rake angle and a reinforced tooth back. This reduces susceptibility to tooth breakage and vibrations when sawing profiles.Resistance to mechanical loads The high load capacity of the PROFLEX® M42 band saw blade is due to the extremely stable tooth geometry. An innovative new production process with superfine finish significantly prolongs the life of the support band, thereby reducing the risk of band breakage. Optimized tooth sharpness and special setting allow for greater performance.
