Made from highly alloyed special steel HSS-XE. For exceptional hardness at the tooth tips [up to 68 HRC]. Therefore, high wear resistance and long tool life.
GOLD-TECH surface treatment: special treatment for longer tool life.
Fully ground from the entire material. This fine grinding increases cutting performance while reducing friction. For longer tool life.
Only a few manufacturers can produce hardened core drills in stages.
For us, this is standard. This achieves exceptionally hard tooth tips [68 HRC] while still maintaining flexible core drills.
Seven different cutting geometries, optimized according to the diameter and depth of the core drill cut, ensure maximum cutting performance.

APPLICATION:
Due to the special surface treatment GOLD-TEC + full grinding + special steel HSS-XE, it is excellent for drilling in steels up to 900 N and also suitable for stainless steels.
