TAC line configuration:

• In the basic configuration, the line includes a circular saw, six-meter gravity feed magazine, and an output sorting chute.
• The modular magazine design allows adaptation to the length of the input material:
• shortened version for materials up to 3 m
  extended version for bars up to 9 m
  the feed conveyor can be expanded with a bundle loader, allowing loading of the entire bundle of material and automatic feeding of bars one by one into the system.
• At the output, a sorting chute is serially installed, which separates good pieces (lengths up to 150 mm) from cut-offs and remnants.
• Alternatively, a belt conveyor can be used for handling workpieces up to 1500 mm in length (depending on configuration).
• Additional configuration options are available as - extra equipment.

TAC technical description:

• The TAC product line includes three models that differ in their maximum cutting capacity. Each machine can be equipped with peripheral devices that ensure smooth material flow from raw material to finished products.
• For more demanding applications, machines can be equipped with:
  • robotic material handling
  • deburring end edges
  • quality control systems
  • additional automation elements
• Thanks to the modular design, machines can be easily adapted to different types of production processes.

Flexibility of use:

• Machines are primarily intended for cutting solid materials and steel profiles at a 90° angle.
• The saw construction and additional equipment are optimized mainly for materials with a round cross-section; however, under certain conditions, square or rectangular profiles can also be cut.
• The maximum dimensions of the input material and workpieces depend on the selected configuration of additional equipment.

Advanced design for increased productivity:

• The cutting unit is mounted on pre-tensioned linear guides and is driven by a powerful servo motor. The structural elements are filled with polymer composite, effectively dampening vibrations, which contributes to the long lifespan of the machine and high cutting quality.
• Blade lubrication is ensured by an oil mist lubrication system, which is standard equipment for every machine.
• Operation is carried out via a modern touchscreen with an intuitive user interface, ensuring quick and easy handling from the first use.
