Very suitable for cutting profiles
Instead of traditional cooling with emulsion, this process uses micro-dosed oil lubrication.
Through a special spray nozzle, compressed air is blown onto the teeth of the saw blade, with a mixing unit adding special micro-dosing oil, ensuring proper friction reduction and thus lubrication precisely at the point of temperature generation.
The advantages of the process are:
- no leaking of emulsion on the profiles, thus preventing floor damage in the workshop (emulsion must be disposed of as hazardous waste)
- BIO cutting oil evaporates, eliminating the need for cleaning and changing, unlike emulsion, which complies with the latest ecological standards
- because the chips are dry, they are easier to clean
